Terms of Service
By using Amafy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Amafy Does
Amafy ("we", "us", "our") is a software service that helps Shopify store owners generate optimized Amazon product listings using artificial intelligence. We are not affiliated with Shopify, Amazon, or any of their subsidiaries.
2. Your Account
You must create an account to use Amafy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Amafy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Amafy for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
- Share your account with others
- Use automated scripts to abuse the service
- Resell or redistribute Amafy-generated content as a standalone product
5. AI-Generated Content
Amafy uses artificial intelligence to generate Amazon listing content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated listings will comply with Amazon's current policies, result in sales, or be free of errors. Always review listings before publishing them to Amazon.
6. Intellectual Property
The content generated by Amafy based on your product information belongs to you. Amafy's software, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amafy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or Amazon account issues.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Amafy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
